The Right Fit

Making the decision to seek therapy and support is difficult. It is important to find a therapist who feels like the “right fit” when taking the courageous step to open up about yourself.  Getting a recommendation from a family, friend or professional is a great place to start. However, when seeking a counsellor you will want to consider their credentials, knowledge, information, and expertise in the area of your concern.

Our Counsellors

All of our counsellors and consultants are registered professionals with the Ontario College of Social Worker and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). All Counsellors undergo regular clinical supervision and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure they are competent and current in the field.
