You should contact our office as soon as possible to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be subject to a charge of $50.00.  If you are going to be late for an appointment, please contact our office to advise the counsellor where possible.  If you are late you will be charged for the full appointment and will only be able to see the counsellor for the scheduled time.
